Any practitioner with their own calendar, patient list, and billing — dentists, GPs, specialists. Hygienists, assistants, receptionists, and admin staff are free. If a person sees patients independently and bills for it, they're a doctor. Otherwise they're free.

Confirmations and payment receipts are free: one tap opens WhatsApp on your phone, pre-written, and sends from your own number. Automated SMS reminders and recall campaigns are an optional paid add-on — buy an SMS bundle only if you want them.

Your MedSched subscription stays the same. SMS bundle prices may adjust with carrier rates — we'll always tell you before any change.

Yes. Cancel from your settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing cycle, then your data enters a 90-day grace period where you can still export it or reactivate.

Yes. MedSched runs on Supabase EU infrastructure — TLS in transit, encrypted at rest, and row-level security enforcing per-clinic isolation. You own your data.

Yes — fully. Every screen, every label, every form. Each user picks their preferred language; the interface flips RTL automatically. Patient names and notes can be in either script.

Yes. Every paid subscription includes a setup call to import your patients, configure working hours, and walk through the workflows.
